Located 60km west of Cork city, Skibbereen is a bustling market town with a truly cosmopolitan feel.
Our Retirement Village is very conveniently situated being within walking distance of Skibbereen and comprises of twenty eight architect-designed two bedroomed houses. Residents in the houses have the security of a 24-hour call system.

Beautifully designed around a courtyard with a nursing and convalescent home on site, all residents will have access to 24-hour emergency call out service.

Each house has a spacious living room which is fitted with rich leather and luxurious furnishings. Marble tiles adorn the kitchen wall, each kitchen is fitted with an electric hob and oven, fridge and microwave oven and is fully equipped with crockery, glassware and utensils. A separate utility room is provided with a washing machine cum dryer. There is a bathroom and a
seperate room with an easily accessible shower in each house. The attic has been floored ensuring ample storage space is available.

Each house can accommodate up to 3 people. Family members are encouraged to visit and stay over. There are two bedrooms both of which are furnished with venetian beds and built in wardrobes. French doors open onto the patio and back garden from one of the bedrooms. There is also a garden at the front of the house.
